Personal data – any information relating to a Natural Person (data subject) whose identity is known or can be identified by using data such as e-mail address, telephone number or by physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural characteristics / social character.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Site provides basic laws for the collection, storage, and handling of Personal Data and other information by using the the Site, and when ordering services sold on the Site.
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Smartrooms shall have the right at any time without prior notice to the User to modify, amend or supplement these Terms. The new Terms come into effect on the day they are placed on the Site.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
When a consumer makes a reservation on the Smartrooms service, or by subscribing to a news site, Smartooms collects the basic Personal data necessary for the identification of the user, which the user provides when filling in the reservation form, i.e. the name , surname, e-mail address and telephone number. Failure to submit this data service to the Site is not possible.
Reservations on the Site are required for users who wish to book a service provided by Smartrooms online.
Upon completion of the reservation on the service registration form, Smartrooms.lt collects Personal data of the registered User (i.e. email address, phone number, name and surname) required to complete the service.
In the case of a User’s consent (e.g. by placing a check mark in the appropriate box, subscribing to a newsletter, etc.), Smartrooms may use and process the Personal data of the User for direct marketing purposes, i.e. special offers, advertising and other information relating to the activities of Smartrooms, news of the site, the services it provides, etc. and downloading. The following Personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number. Consent to the processing of Personal data for direct marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Smartrooms via email info@smartrooms.lt.

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
Smartrooms undertakes not to disclose the Personal data of the consumer and the information relating to the order to any third party, except: In the cases specified in these Terms; Where required by the competent authority of the State; With the User’s consent; Procedures provided for in other legal acts.
Smartrooms can transfer Personal data to other data controllers: debt recoverers, state institutions, banks.
Personal data may only be provided to third parties with whom Smartrooms has signed the relevant agreements on the processing of personal data and undertake to ensure adequate protection of the Personal data transferred.
TIME LIMIT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data and other information provided as a form of reservation, reservation or subscription forms and/or contractual obligations will be stored for two years from the booking of the service and/or booking or subscription form filling. The Personal data needed to manage arrears shall be kept up to the recovery period, but shall not exceed 10 years. After this deadline, the User’s personal data is deleted without informing the User beforehand.

USER RIGHTS
A User who has completed a registration or subscription form shall have the right at any time, by contacting Smartrooms by email address (info@smartrooms.lt), to acquaint himself with his Personal data and how they are processed, to claim incorrect rectification, incomplete, inaccurate Personal data, request the suspension, except for storage of your Personal data processing operations when the data is processed in a manner inconsistent with the law and these Terms, as well as the right to data portability. If the registered User considers his or her Personal data to be unlawfully processed, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint with the state Data Protection Inspectorate.
If the Personal data of the consumer is processed on the basis of consent, the User shall have the right to withdraw its consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to the revocation of consent
FINAL PROVISIONS
For greater convenience to User, this Site may have links to third-party sites and other materials which Smartrooms cannot control. Smartrooms are not responsible for the information published by third parties, do not censore it and do not necessarily support it. Smartrooms are also not responsible for third party privacy policies, content, and the effects of such parties caused damages, losses, or breaches, whether existing or potential related to third party advertising policies, products and their inappropriate consumption, services and other information resources.
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Relations arising from the basis of these Terms shall be governed by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
